Cabinet Pulls for The Joinery
A local fine furniture company desired to contract the making of their custom wood drawer pulls so they could focus on the cabinets themselves. I designed a manufacturing process that creates beautiful and consistent drawer pulls for them and continue to supply the pulls.
Mallet for Bridge City Tool Works
John Economaki of Bridge City Tool works contracted with me to manufacture handles and assemble his beautiful brass and cocobolo round joinery mallet. This was a truly heirloom quality tool and I was honored to be a part of its production.
Joinery Saw
I manufacture the milled aluminum, stainless and wood parts for my joinery saw.
It required special fixtures and 4th-axis programming.
